I really enjoy this game. It was great with just two people or with 4. The directions are easy to follow and the game goes quickly. I think it would fun for even kids at around 10 years old. However I have only played with adults.

What's not to like? Great components: Dice cup with logo, cloth bag with 20 gold Barista tip coins, 4 quality specialty dice, nice high quality deck of cards made on thick card stock with a gloss finish. The storage tray has a place for everything and is well laid out. The box isn't full of a lot of nothing...it's the right size.
Game play is a fun mix of random card draws and a shared random goal (the drink order dice) with strategic hand management. There is also a nice little conflict possible with the Barista challenge...beat just one other player for a single coin by having more of the completed order.
Normal play wins by being first to complete the order (dice) by getting all the ingredients (cards) before anyone else and being awarded a 2 coin tip. The first player with 5 coins wins.
Quick game with fast rounds of play and lots of possible interaction.

Better than McDonald's Barbie! Apr 22, 2008
By Jim Snyder Train your child for a lifetime of schlepping overpriced beverages to snotty know-it-alls! Thrill to the paleolithic garglings of the expresso machine! Stare in amazement as customers treat you badly for no apparent reason -- and then leave no tip! Stay four hours after your shift is done because none of your co-workers bothered to show up -- or phone in!
Oh, this is a fun game all right.
Sheesh.
