It's average quality for the price (i.e. it's not cheap!). i'm hoping the boy I bought it for will like it!

I have a Charlie Brown tattoo on my right shoulder, so you can imagine how enthused I was when my wife presented this scarf to me as an early birthday gift.
High quality, comfortable, no "itch factor", and curiously smells somewhat like pez candy.
5 stars!
