Very hard to put together Jan 26, 2011

This puzzle is very challenging to put together, as there are alot of the same colored pieces. Beautiful picture overall.
For the price paid for the puzzle the pieces could have been a better quality, as some were bent. Also the pieces were loose when putting them together, not like Springbok puzzles.

I love Clydesdale horses and I thought this would be a lot of fun to do with my son. It is probably the hardest puzzle I have ever done (especially since I ended up having to do most of it myself). Very few pieces reveal what they really are; you only see when you put a pretty big section together. Even so, I had great satisfaction when I put the last piece in the picture. Everything is basically shades of brown with a little white and blue-toned pieces thrown in. Next time, I'm planning on doing a White Mountain puzzle with plenty of green, with a little yellow and red thrown in One of my granddaughters got into the puzzle mid-stream and lost four of the pieces so I won't be gluing it together as I had planned, but I do like this puzzle.
