International shipping
Many customers have inquired about international shipping.
We hope to have international shipping enabled sometime in 2010. We have had international shipping in the past, but some customers were surprised by brokerage and customs fees which, at times, exceeded the cost of the item itself. We are working to provide a system which will list item price, shipping, and all other fees the customer may incur so that there are no surprises. This system is very complicated, and we are working feverishly to launch it as soon as possible. But we are unable to give a specific launch date.
For now, many international customers are shipping to a friend in the US who forwards the goods to them, or they are setting up accounts with US-based freight forwarders. Bongo
